  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

2.1 Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers

3.1 Pricing

Our pricing is transparent and inclusive of all services provided. However, additional charges may apply for:

  • Long-distance moves
  • Moving of exceptionally heavy or bulky items
  • Extended storage requirements

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Bookings cancelled more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposits made.
  • Bookings cancelled between 24-72 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

4.1 Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled service date, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

5. Liability and Insurance

We take utmost care in handling your belongings. Our liability is limited to the actual value of the goods being transported. For added protection, we offer:

  • Comprehensive insurance coverage
  • Optional high-value item insurance

5.1 Claims

In the event of damage or loss, claims must be filed within 7 days of service completion. Provide detailed information and supporting documentation for processing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth moving experience, customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all items are properly packed and ready for transport
  • Disassembling large furniture if required
  • Providing clear access to the pickup and delivery locations

6.1 Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, the following items are prohibited from being transported:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids
  • Perishable goods

7. Conduct and Behavior

We strive to provide a professional and respectful service. We expect the same from our customers:

  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free environment at pickup and drop-off locations
  • Respect the privacy and property of our staff

7.1 Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with these conduct guidelines may result in termination of services without a refund.

  • Non-payment or late payment of fees
  • Unsafe conditions at pickup or delivery locations
  • Uncooperative or abusive behavior towards staff
